I have a question for you guys running a y8 intake manifold.

how are you guys tucking the injector wiring? are you squeezing it through the center hole or just running it along the outside of runners 1 and 4? this is the only manifold that puzzles me pics would be great if you could post them

Got my car started for the first time in over a year.
If you look at my build thread, you'll see why.

Some of you may remember my bay. It ran before and got a tad of exposure, just before it cracked 2 pistons.

Going to have my tuner go through the tune before it goes back on the road!

Bay is 95% done. Need to tuck a few of those wires on the right. Took the battery out to put it back on the trickle, because it drops to freezing at night here now.

I'd keep my d series if I could find this valve cover they were exclusive option by Honda City in the early 90s

you can jus ditch the coolant resevoir tank. iv ran without it for years on several cars and bikes. no problems at all to this day. just leave a short hose on it to releave anything under the car

Bump.

Do most of you loop your power steering or just take the whole thing out and plug up the tube that runs behind the motor?

Got a 2000 coupe and decided to do my first wire tuck.

Thanks!

On my coupe I just pulled both lines from the rack and left them open. No issues other than it's harder to turn the wheel. I'll be swapping in a manual rack at some point.

anymore i would just keep power steering if the car came with it. if i was to delete it though, i'd do one of two things- switch to manual rack or loop the lines and put a reservoir somewhere to keep fluid in the rack.

here's my hatch. obviously not finished yet but it's getting there
