Hope this is the right place to post this.

I've got a 1996 Honda Accord with the original hub caps. They're the ones that have 4 holes around the center and are held against the rims with the lug nuts.

I'm wondering if there are any companies that anyone knows of that sell hubcaps for cheaper than OEM, but employ this same mounting style rather than the "universal" style. I haven't been able to find any in searching online, and I'm thinking the reason is due to patents or something of that nature. I dunno.

just google "hubcaps". There are a few companys out there who sell them.

i.e. hubcap heaven, hubcap world, etc...

I went to the first one you mentioned. Seems like all of those mounted with the lug nuts are genuine Honda parts. I'm looking for the same style of mounting in an aftermarket part so I'm not having to pay $40+ a hubcap like on that site.

Your best bet would be to buy used.

Like at a junkyard, or if you're lucky, on craigslist.

Yeah, I figured aftermarket ones in that style probably didn't exist but wanted to verify. Thanks for the tip.
