>> non-Honda pics -- A buddies built, restored Chrysler Conquest TSi
A good friend of mine wanted to take some pics of this car. ****** has a built 1.8 sleeved all motor set up in an EH2 including Toda VTEC killers and a plethora of other things, just for his Honda project, a soon to be 2jz-gte swapped SC300, and this as just a 'side car.'
Haha.
I have learned about the Starions and Conquests through him exclusively, otherwise I would know nothing about them. Anywho.... It's a ******* fun car to drive, and has lots of cool ****, so I figured some people could respect it on here.
1989 Chrysler Conquest TSi w/ sports handling package. better suspension, widebody, 9" wide stock rims, etc.
2.6l SOHC turbo i4
HKS EVC1 Boost Controller
HKS PFC F-Con Fuel Computer
HKS Max-Offroad Exhaust System
92mm overbored Benson's block
Shotpeened rods, o-ringed block, balanced
CP Forged 9:0.1 comp pistons
TEP Street Cam
HKS Racing Blow Off Valve
Every little detail is upgraded and new, all supporting mods. Basically everything but a bigger turbo to hit 400 horsepower.
When he was figuring out rims for his SC300, he messed around with the Conquest wheels to get measurements and what not. Since the 9" wide stock rims on it are 0 offset, I think the car would look extremely sick with some kind of older Work wheel with a bunch of lip.
Maybe I'll try to talk him into it.
