he's on shelf rates.

I'm on 12k front and 6k rear on my dc2, they're pretty stiff, but I've gotten used to it being on rates like those for the past two years...

haha maybe im just alittle pansy then haha. w/e i like the ksports. ive got the whole set up. love the orange that peeks out from underneath. i still have to adjust the hight properly. any tips to set it? other then counting the threads? and how many turns till the springs loaded. ill be pullin them off to readjust them soon so just wondering.

I just measure the wheel gap from my center cap to fender on both sides to make sure they're even. Then to adjust them all you gotta do it break loose the bottom spanno nut thingy (where the base is) and grab the pearch right under the spring (gloves make it easier) and just turn the whole strut which will change the height w/ out messing the spring travel up, and while leaving them in the car.

oh yeah about the spring loading, I've always (before putting the coilovers in) just made sure it was tight enough that the spring doesn't move at all, and tape measured it to make sure each side is even.

carfax said it had a minor collision in 2001, and the previous owner claimed to have had it painted then. A couple parts need re-sprayed, thanks to red fading, but its hard to tell in the pics.
