hid light conversion

I was wondering if anybody would know a way to go about making a HID light conversion for a '96 Accord LX. Where I could find the lights and also some information on how to hook them up.

pretty easy to find hids. I have a set of phillips for my 97. Do a google search and you will get a lot of places to help you out.
