Keep in mind a retrofit is illegal, and chances are that you'll just have an inefficient and possibly dangerous beam pattern.

people do HID conversions all the time. You can get them from anwhere like ebay, modacar.com , slickcar.com, etc. i don't know any cheap good sites.

here's a good HID forum http://www.hidforum.com

hope this helps.

Hey guys, I have 2003 Honda Civic Ex. I have in the past put "fakes" by toucan that I got positive comments on. Unfortunately, a short beam filament in one burnt out and I put the stock ones back in. I have been researching a good pair of H4 HID's (both Hi/Lo beam)for a while, to no avail. Please help me, or direct me towards a good online store, company ect.! No price is too much!
