Does anyone know if there is a good brand of metal polish I could use on my headers. They turned a nasty dark color, it's not all over it is mainly on the bends. I would have a picture but I am at work. I will try to post a pic when I get home.

even though my header is SS i hit it with mothers aluminum polish and it shines right up.

Does it take some hard scrubbing, I bought some cheaper stuff and I had to scrub hard so I didnt want to use it and damage the finish.

 

no you don't have to scrub hard at all.
apply it with a clean cotton cloth by rubbing it on the surface and then buff off with a clean cloth that's it.
