what is recon and what do those stickers represent? im guessing the # is the month of ur registration

Actually, the sticker on the left side of the recon is the safety check, and in order to pass safety check with mods is to get recon. reconstruction permit.. Its pretty gay because most mods wont pass recon. recon check is drop/tint/exhaust/headlights/rims all that kind of stuff, and safety check is other stock things..

~B</TD></TR></TABLE>Well I got the sticker from one of my friends in Oahu a long time ago. I think it was back in 95 or something. I dont know where he got it from. All he said was that one of his friends makes the stickers. I havent seen anyone else with it to this day though. I have seen the shirts that say **** recon on it though.
