Re: DAP hatch from canada.
finally found a decent axleback, only thing left would be a de-cat.
i also picked up a new daily ride, ill be trying to bring it back from the dead.
the ex owner of the e-eg6 totally screwed the ride, front bumper and headlight not fitting right, paint is really weird, b16a2 dropped a valve so its screwed too, paid it under 1K

Lovin the DAP. Super clean and very well done. I'm diggin the functional ride height. Gotta do whats best with what you're workin with. 5 lug and b18c always a great combo.
Just my .02, don't do the jdm folding mirrors. You mentioned road racing and they are meant for right hand drive and visibility is annoying. My good friend did them on his em1 and it was ok for the street, but when he started hitting the road courses and really needed the mirrors they didn't work well at all. I was able to get knock-offs a few years back for my car with the proper lenses for a left hand drive car and have been really happy. We even tried to swap the lenses and that won't work.
Anyways best of luck if you sell the DAP and have fun with the eg, looks like that also has great potential.

Re: DAP hatch from canada.
^^i tried the ctr mirror and like you mentioned visibility is really annoying on RHD mirrors, so i went back to my old OEM mirrors,
the only update i made on the car is a recaro spg seat, buddy club rails and new tires. bought some Dunlop direzza DZ101 since im daily driving the car.

Re: DAP hatch from canada.
A slammed car handles terribly on the roads here. And is pretty much unbearable to daily drive.

the 98 hatch is still the same exept a Decat and a Spoon sports p73 ecu, I still need to work on my 60foot staying at 2.2sec , im having too much wheelspin...
ran a 14.03@101mph with a cat
and a 13.82@ 103mph without a cat
and I finally had time to finish my white 91 eg6, freshly rebuild b16a and straight out the paint booth , loving the lil car its driving great!
