5th gen accord - input wanted
Here are some recent pics of my 94 ex 5-spd sedan. I just finished the DIY Mugen grill and haven't gotten a chance to get it painted. These are my plans for the near future
redo tint - 15% all around (currnet tint is turning prple)
DIY JDM headlamps. corners are already in the mail
Greddy front lip.
Black mesh for the front bumper and grill

I have a 5th gen myself and that looks real nice. Im not a real fan of rotas, but this car is quite exceptional. I agree with what you are going to do to this magnificent specimen.

looks nice but i have some suggestions:
-get the grill painted ASAP(i know you mentioned this)
-don't get mesh, it looks ghetto
-get SiR headlights, and put back stock lenses, it will look better
otherwise, gets a

looks like you're on the right track...only thing i suggest is after all the lighting is done, put the stock amber bumper lenses in...i think it'll look clean...and lower it a bit otherwise, nice car

1-1.5 inches lower.
Skip the mesh--do something else that isn't cheez-spec. Either that or use factory-looking mesh. Diy mesh never seems to look good.
Big honkin' muffler tucked under the rear end!!! Not sure what you are running, but accords are one of the few Hondas that look cool running a muffler w/ a 5" tip. Call me corny

Do you mean like this...
I am planning on using black mesh from autotecnica, not the gutter guard stuff. You still think that will look ghetto? If so, what would you suggest using. It looks kinda odd just open right now.

My 'normal' friends are puzzled my my car. My wife resents it (at times).
My 'car' friends are mostly 6-8 years younger than me, thus, they dig my car. Damn Peter Pan complex...
Since it's a daily driver, I understand the height concerns. You KNOW it would look better just a smidge lower, though!
Exhaust looks good. As for the mesh, I don't have any suggestions for sourcing non-cheez mesh--as long as it isn't home depot-spec, you'll be ok. Flat black masks bad mesh well regardless.

Good looking accord, but like everyone else said, just a smidge lower would look killer. I think matching the grill insert to the rest of the body color would look alot better too. Doing a great job so far. Anything done performance wise to it?

Re: 5th gen accord - input wanted (ZERO COOL)
well u asked for "input"..so here it goes
take that black paint off ur emblem, and get that grill painted back to your stock color, replace ur rear sidemarkers back to stock. dont put no mesh in there...kinda ghetto, dont try to hard, people wont **** on ur car for not having it, but they will if u do (so up 2 u)...and lower it another inch, looks a lil high in my opinion

BTW - yes, I know it would look better on the sportlines but reinstall + camber kit + realign + harsh ride = ugh! Maybe someday when i got pretty much everything done and I start getting bored.
