im really not trying to get on you, just wanna make sure the setup is safe.

damn does that fit look good lol </TD></TR></TABLE>

I didnt torque them. I tightened them real tight by hand, thats what the loctite was for. Hahaha! Only reason was because I was suppose to get new lugs (Kics Neo's) and I was going to torque down and paint the adapters after getting the lugs. So far no ones has the dam lugs in stock!

They have specifications to what theyre suppose to be torqued too. You cant go too crazy on them because theyre aluminum.
As I said, so far Ive had no problems. Ive had them on the car since Feb 8th. I work down town also. Its full of train tracks and random holes. I think by now they would have loosened and fell off.

Basically the same relying on lugs to hold on your wheels. The allen bolts are the same thickness or close to the same thickness as wheel studs.

yeah, then why is that you cant pass tech in track then?

maybe something to do with stressing the stud and hub of the car and breaking in half?

they have their place in...hardparker

Which kind of track? Drag strip? You can pass our drag strip tech with no wheels.
Bithlo son.

AutoX, no. I was told adapters/spacers werent even allowed at an AutoX event. No matter the thickness.
I wouldnt AutoX on these anyway. The tires are too tiny. Id put my other wheels on.

Why do people keep thinking that you did this for any other reason for other than that you like the ITR wheels?

Fit looks great, the adapters work for those of us who change wheels often. Nobody ever said it was the safest thing in the world (even though its safer than alot of other things out there that people use everyday) and whoever posted that video is an absolute moron since it has nothing to do with this thread.

this FIT is very clean, makes me wanna get one and throw these rims on there as my dd.

i'm not too crazy about that 2 piece design neither. the one piece looks a lot better as far as being reliable

Hell yea! DriftEvent!! Thanks man.

I got a PM about these adapters a few days ago. That person happens to have a MR Fit and CW ITR's. They said theyre going to do the same thing.
Really hope that doesnt happen.

I like these wheels a lot on my Fit; kinda wanted to keep them for a little while. If I see pics of another Fit on ITR's these are gone.
Ill do my next wheel idea.

Also, I dont think they have a 4 to 5lug adapters that arent a 2 piece design?
