Default 16" Rota Circuit 10's in bronze or 15" Volk TE37 replicas in black/gunmetal w/ polish lip??

I have a red 99-00 civic coupe. I jest recently sold my rota group n's. Now im planning on getting a new set of rims. The 2 rims i have in mind were 16" Rota Circuit 10's in bronze or 15" Volk TE37 replicas in black/gunmetal w/ polish lip. Which one do you think i should get? I was gonna wrapped them on Falken Azenis.

IMO the TE-37 style rim should be 16"+ on a 99-00...

I think the spoke style makes the rim look too small...

I'd get the 16's no matter what rim.
