I think that is normal. There is some kinda problem with volk getting the caps out or something. Carlos and Darryl have been waiting for ever for their caps.

r&d advertised 4x100 16x7 mag blue ce28's in this thread which i bought and waited 3 months for. When they arrived they said they "accidently" ordered 5x114
