Maybe I'm missing something, but is there a reason Blue Ribbon doesn't want to tear it down themselves and figure out what they did wrong or did they decide to give you the shaft?

Yeah pretty much, I mean...the guy couldn't get my toda b18c timing belt on..he said it didn't fit....then tried 4 other timing belts (without asking me) and said they didn't fit either....I put the toda belt on in like 2 seconds so yeahhh....just because it fits a little tighter doesn't mean it doesn't fit...

O also he put in random pistons and rings without me asking....I was going to order the over sized jdm itr pistons and when I called to say I ordered them he said he had put new pistons in and all ready assembled the motor....so I'm like wtf....and he said their the same pistons and blah blah blah..but we took the spark plugs out and theres no way they are domed pistons...they have to be dished...thus explaining such low compression numbers as well.

I can't wait to see whats in that motor....I just can't freakin wait...

And he insisted the rings haven't seated yet and all this bullshit...(after almost 2000 miles of driving...) so I'm not letting him touch my motor...I'm bringing it to him though once I finish tearing it down tonight....I'll post pics soon.

After the motor is rebuilt the long block is for sale, tranny is pretty much sold but idk if I want to sell it with the long block or not as a full swap....o well we'll see...updates soon
