So yesterday I was going out in the morning, and take the same turn i take EVERY morning, when some crazy teen girl t-boned me right when i was about to turn. She passed the first person that stopped and thought they were turning into the street I was on, and the person in the opposite lane also stopped. I was going like 10-15 mph she was going 40 . It was raining also. I am glad everyone was okay. but my car is not okay.

My question is will my car be totaled? I had to kick the driver door to get out. and the door would not close.

Damage-
Front left headlight
front bumper
front fender
hood (possibly) not sure
tire came off rim
rim cracked
side mirror
driver door
rear pass. door
side skirt
rear fuel door area(forget what its called
rear bumper

She pretty much hit the fender and driver door head on, and then just kinda scraped all of the left side of the car.

The car is-

'09 Accord EXL v6 (leased) 30K mi - KBB value 23k
yes I think I am screwed. but it was her fault not mine.

I towed it to a body shop but my insurance is not coming out to look at it until next Tuesday. I could not take pics because it was pouring and my clothes had already been soaked from standing and waiting for the police to arrive.

No airbags deployed? Doesn't sound too bad. I would still hate it. Hope it turns out well.

Yeah, The airbags did not deploy, which really surprises me because my first accident which was similar to this, my cars air bags deployed. Was not my fault though.

Only thing that worries me is that the body shop guy that I sent it to said just from the way the door opens, it seems to him as if something is "bent" something like the whole chassis area. I trust this guy because he has been in the biz for almost 15 years... If the car is not totaled all the parts replaced will be OEM.

What also sucks is that I took the insurance off my other car since I don't drive it at all and I didn't have rental car coverage so I have no car right now.

Oh that's so bad that you dont have insurance on the car.So what car would you drive now.

probably get a rental or drive my uncles since he is going out of town.
