Default Tein S-TEch H-Tech?

Anybody use either of these springs on an '03-'07 V-6 coupe? I'm wanting to lower my car slightly while losing as little ride comfort as possible, and am wondering if these might be the right choice.

S tech's are a pretty low drop, if you want a mild, subtle drop, get the H tech. it feels a lot like stock. you may want to take a look at the eibach pro-kit or neuspeed sport springs, also. both are about 1 - 1.5 inch drop
