I suggest you sell the car.
You used the word "unfortunately," if you are unhappy with all 245hp, than the added mods are not really going to change the characteristic of the V6 AT. Don't pour thousands of dollar into something if it's not going to give you the "performance" you want.
Try find a 6-6 manual or even a Civic Si sedan if you want more performance (fun).

not sure about 07 accord v6's, but my 03 accord v6 at has a failed transmission (currently limping with it tho), i would also suggest selling it.

I don't think they've solved anything. Plenty of 06-7 V6 transmissions are going out in the same manner as the 03-05s. My 03 V6 transmission is still going strong, so I think it's more about mistakes during assembly or defective parts/manufacturing. In other words some of them last, and some don't (luck of the draw). Of course, if you abuse it, you're asking for failure. My transmission has lasted this long, mainly because I take very good care of it, IMO.

They fail, plain and simple. I take good care of the transmission, by changing the fluid as often as it takes to keep it clean, and don't do full throttle at low speeds. Maybe it would last without the extra maintenance, but I'm doing whatever I can, because I like this car and would like to keep it for a while longer. If your transmission is acting strangely, I would worry.
