I need advice on my next car. I am looking at Honda Accords and am trying to decide between old and new body style. I have driven a friend's 1998 V6 Accord and 2002 I4 Accord in the past. To tell the truth, the V6 felt like a totally different car...tighter steering, smoother suspension, velvety engine. I am wondering if the old body style (2006/7) V6 would be a better choice than a new body style (2008/9) I4. What is the general consensus on the 2003+ and 2008+ Accords?

The '06-07 Accord was the best Accord ever made, no matter the engine or trim level. I wouldn't hesitate to buy an '06-07 over an '08-09. My opinion, of course, but I have driven every year of Accord extensively in my line of work.

+1 06-07 is one the best ive seen, everyone has different taste but if u look at the facts, 06-07 v6 6sp 244hp , 08-09 i4 5spd depends if its an dx-lx 170hp or ex 190hp. if u get an 06-07 6sp look for one with navy, there are rare but they are out there if u look hard enough , and at this pount both might be going for the same price , 06-07 v6 6sp between 17-19k and same for the 08-09 i4 , coupe or sedan..

yes, definetly and 06-07 6Spd if you can find it. with out a doubt
