Reset PIN on my 04 Accord NAVI
Is there anyone out there that is able to reset my NAVI if I get the serial number? The dealer has quoted me between $100 to $150 to do it.
Here is the story. I bought the car used, and the previous owner must have installed the PIN. I am not able to get a hold of them, so obviously I am not able to get the PIN.
Without the PIN, I am not able to switch between users, which is not a big deal, but if I can get it for cheaper, I figure why not. PM me if you are able to help.
thanks

there is a number you can call on Honda's website that will give it to you. I did it -they just needed my VIN and some verification of ownership. I financed through Honda, so that was my proof.

im going to have to do with my newer 04'. My 2000 had a radio code and i asked the dealer and they said it would take 2-3 weeks, no mention of the price. I called Honda up and they asked for the vin and serial number of the radio, i read off my address, and they gave me the unlock code.

Duh, I just figured the dealer would know what they are talking about. WRONG. I called Honda and all they needed was the serial number off the DVD player in the trunk. The damn dealer said they needed to pull the head unit out of the dash for the serial number.
thanks.
