Recommendation/Insight on boosting stock accord?
I have a fully stock Honda Accord 2003 LX Manual I4 that I would like to turbo or supercharge. Does anyone have any suggestions on which turbo/supercharger kit I should use and how much the stock motor can handle safely? Even if it only runs 5-6 pounds, I am happy as this will be used primarily as a daily driver. Budget is not a large concern, but I would like to keep it to a minimal if possible, however, the accord is most likely going to be a fully stock powertrain. Current kit's I'm looking at:
Supercharger:
150-05-0038K KraftWerks Race Super Charger System - C38-91 for at Andy's Auto Sport
Turbocharger:
TurboKits.com | TSI Ball Bearing Turbo Kit for 03-07 Honda Accord - HA25B3 | On Sale: $2,999.00
Part Number HA28B3X
Turbo Specialties Extreme Turbo Kit Honda Accord [K24] (2003-2008) HA28B3X
Thanks in advance!

Re: Recommendation/Insight on boosting stock accord?
it depends on a lot of factors, first you will need some form of engine management to make those components work, such as kpro or ktuner.
stock k series engines can handle quite a bit if tuned properly.
Those turbo kits are subpar, and would easier to build one on your own, and be able to get better parts.
also the rotrex kit is pretty basic, and you will need quite a few parts to be fabricated, nothing complicated but still something to think about. and you will loose your ac, and if this is a DD, then i would count that out
