Re: radio code help!
Hi
Just wondering if anyone can help out with my radio - serial is 40076448 - battery died and it's been showing up CODE on display since. Honda Canada does NOT provide the code over the phone and does NOT have a website and dealers want over $100 - any help?

Re: radio code help!
what year car are we talking about. Dont matter try this
put the key in the ignition and turn the car to the on position. No it does not have to be running just power so you can turn the radio on and off. With the car on turn the radio off. Next, press your radio station preset button number 1 and number 6 at the same time. while your pressing them continue to hold them (do not let go) and reach over with your other hand and turn the radio on. As your still holding the 1 and 6 the radio will display a code. It is usually a U followed by 4 numbers and an L followed by 4 numbers. Write them down. Go to honda's website and look for the radio code link. type the numbers you wrote down in there and you should get your radio code. If it will not give you the code try punching the numbers back in but leave out the U and the L, just type in the numbers and see if that works. Good Luck

Re: radio code help!
Hello.
Can you please help me with problem.
I live in Russia and I've bought ACURA MDX 2001 from US. I looked around my car and I can't find a sticker with my radio code anywhere.
I tried to call to Acura Client Service center and have no result (the line is always busy).
Information about my car:
VIN: 2HNYD18831H537430
device ID:AF010411
Please help me if you can.

Re: radio code help!
Pull the radio out there's a serial number on it call Honda and give them the serial number and Vin# and its free! Yea they will charge you 100 bucks if you take it in and they have to pull the radio out themselves in order to get the serial number but if you do it yourself its free trust me I been doing this for a long time
