i'm new in the accord scene. i'm looking to buy wheels soon and i found the one's i want but my question is the fitment. how will they fit? there xxr 521 size of the rims r 18x8.5 +30 offset. wheelsnext.com says the only size that will fit the car is 18x8.5 +40 offset, but i want a bigger lip wat will i have to do to make them fit?. also wat gen is this accord, the 7th?

welll do you have a coupe or sedan? coupes will be able to fit a slightly lower offset in the rear.

i think 7th and 8th gen are 5 x 114.3 same as toyota/nissan/subaru (in most models).

but you need to know the hubcentric ring size for your wheels to fit in your accord.
