Default J30A Question

I'm about to buy an Accord '04 V6 but head has some valve problems! So i'm thinking of buying a J30A JDM head. I know they come from 98-02 V6 Accords and the 03-05 has some J30A4. Will putting a J30A JDM head will fit? Will I lose any HP or something? I can't seem to find any topics on that.

Why would you want to do that? The old 2002 V6 is lethargic even if it has 200HP. Your V6 develops 20% more (240HP) and is much smoother than the old one. Plus I doubt that the old heads will fit the newer engine cylinders. Your best bet is to get either the 2004 rebuilt head or a used one from the salvage yard. However, you should at least open it up to check if the valves are bad or they just need adjustments.
