Does anyone reckon these will go straight onto an 04 Euro Accord Saloon?

18"x 7"-8" okay
Get the correct bolt pattern and your good to go at 18"x7" or 8". they will be a very slight compromise as they are larger, larger are slower... more centrifugal force
