No real problems with it. The original OEM rear brake pads do wear out fast; but, Honda introduced new revised OEM brake pads. Also, the I4 (L4) blower does have some noise especially when it's cold outside. But, there is a Honda Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) to add the insulator undercover to quiet it, it should be covered under the factory warranty since the car you are looking at should still be under the 3 year/36,000 miles warranty.

Rear shelf rattle. There is a TSB on it, I believe. Check the list on the top of the forum.

The standard 3/36 bumper to bumper covers everything except wear items like tires, etc. It goes with the car, so there is nothing you need to "transfer." The powertrain, engine and transmission is covered for 5yr/60K miles.
