2008 Accord Shifter bulb...how to replace???

I want to replace the Shifter bulb in my '08 Accord. but...I don't want to (have to) remove the entire center console...which may or may not include the arm rest. (if I don't have to)
What is the quickest / easiest way to get to this bulb...? How much "stuff" do I have to remove.........????
