I have a 2008 accord EXL 4 cylinder. My wife ran over something, a box of some sort and arrived home with antifreeze all under the radiator. The level was down about 1 quart. The car did not overheat. I refilled, and washed the under side of the car. The car seems to be holding water now. I can not see any impact on the radiator. Would it be possible that the impact of the box caused the seal on the bottom tank to break loose for a second or two and then spring back into position now sealing the bottom tank again? Should I spend the $95 and replace the radiator for safetys sake?

No... there is NO CHANCE the unit leaked and then sprang back. How sure are you it was coolant?

100% Sure. Blue liquid, smell and taste test. Definitly antifreeze.

then I would keep an eye on it carefully... drive the car but at the first sign of sweet smell or excessive heat, get to a rad shop or have a look and see if you can detect where it is leaking from, a hose or rad seam/core.
