Default 2005 Accord V4 EX Control Module Updates

Dealer is trying to sell me $90 worth of service bulletin related control module updates. I have no error codes, although car suffers from lack of power when
outside air temperature is > 90F. In Texas, this is most of the time. This is the first year of drive by wire for this car. 04 Accord, same model, does not suffer from lack of power (not drive by wire).

Some of the recommended changes covered by service bulletin 06-048 Maintenance indicator light comes on with DTC P0116 (I am not having this problem).

DTC P1172 - Air/Fuel Ratio Sensor Circuit out of range high (not having this problem either)

Currently running ADA540 for control module. They want to update to AD3150 on PGM-FI (update description P0116)

Also running ADA590. They want to update to ADA810. Update description (FCW 3IG off, P1172, and P2A00)

Any experience? Would this help performance in hot conditions? Shift points suck on this year/model/engine. I have looked for an aftermarket chip, but have not found anything reputable.

Also Dealer states there is no undoing this update (cannot revert to the old SW) ....

Thanks in advance, for your assistance,
FHP
