Default 07 honda accord transmission problem after engine swap

Long story short, my 07 accord jumped timing due to stretched timing chain. Bent all intake valves. So I went and got a used engine with 86k miles. did the swap my self and installed in the car. First time try and engine starts. Now the engine is running pretty fine. Then this morning I went over everything making sure I got all the hoses tight, ATF is on level, and then I tried putting on reverse and that's when my new problems begin. The car will take a few second to shift in reverse but when it goes it won't have strength to move the car. the car will rev but won't move. If I jack the front will off the ground it will move normal. When I put on drive while the car is off the ground it will shift to first and second gear but not third and so on. I can't try to drive because my driveway is downhill and the car is sitting on the bottom facing the house. Also when I turn the key (but not start) I hear some clicks, you can also hear after the key is off and of the ignition.
I made this video. At 05 seconds I turned the key to on position, at 08 seconds I turned the key to off position but at 13-14 the noise is back again. at 18 seconds I repeated the process and at 26 seconds I'm off the car and the noise again.
