06 Accord trans issues

06 Accord trans issues
Hello everybody, My brother's car, 06 Accord LX V6 auto, is not shifting properly 
. The trans. does not shift past second gear or might be third and when coming to a stop it jerks before actually stopping. The check engine light came on with codes P0741 and P0722. The "D" light blinks, the VAS light and the service engine also came on.
I changed the trans fluid with oem fluid but that didn't do **** to fix the issue
. I'm thinking it's the trans/speed sensor that took a ****. Where is it the trans/vehicle speed sensor located?? Any body been through this?? What was the solution?? Your help is appreciated, thank you.

So I changed one of the two trans. vehicle speed sensor and that took care of the problem!!
Took fifteen minutes, $60, a 10mm and a 12mm sockets to change it now it shifts like normal.
