03 accord idle issues ac dropping volts
Well a few weeks ago flooding down here got bad and hydro locked my car while pulling into the driveway, after fixing the lock and getting the engine running again i replaced the iac as that was on my list of stuff to do, The new iAc seems to be working fine but, when i turn my ac on idle drops to about 600 and my voltage drops to 12.6, after realizing this i replaced the alternator. no change ... And also while this was happning my car pulled a map sensor code (baro) P2227 and when this happens it start shifting high between 4-5k rpm i replaced the map sensor just before i replaced the alternator, now every once in a while i have to pull the battery leads to reset the cam so the car shifts correctly.
I dont @#$%#@#$ know what to do at this point.
I suspect it could possibly a fit valve issue as i dont think its actually coming on
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

The Baro sensor is in the ECM/PCM. P2227 can be related to the ECM/PCM, Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) ot wiring/connections between the ECM/PCM and TPS.
The attached is info. regarding how it can be related to the TPS:
