Default 03 accord 6 speed, leather.. HELP PLEASE

My radio sound gets real low where you can't hear it and lights will dim below 52 mph when the car warms up but if it's cold and cold outside they work fine untill car gets warm.
Also my battery light will flicker sometimes usually when I'm slowing down. I've had the battery and alternator checked and they are fine. If I get my rpm's to 3500 and keep them there the lights and radio will work at any speed as long rpm's are high...... Weird I know any ideas of what's going on?

This sounds like a faulty alternator, but it could be a wiring issue as well. It's hard to diagnose it without actually seeing it and being able to diagnose it.

I've also thought it may be a wiring issue but thought it was weird that if I stayed above 52 mph everything works fine so I figured if it was a wiring problem it would do it all the time. I have been thinking lately that maybe it is the alternator. I'm going to check it myself tomorrow instead of letting AutoZone do it lol. I hope it is the alternator I'll let you know

So I checked the alternator and it is putting out 14.5 volts so the alternator is ok and the battery is fine. Any other idea's that I might be able to check myself.

I would hook up a meter to read the voltage and drive the car for a while - as you are driving down the road and it decides to act up, what is the voltage reading?
