Hey guys - I purchased a 2015 Touring back two years ago now and I have noticed it makes a bit of a noise at 18mph in lower gears (maybe just one). It almost sounds like the car is driving over a grate or something to that effect. I noticed the noise around 15k miles (bought it with near 6k) and I am now up to 34k. I do not really think this noise has gotten worse but it is always in the back of my head and I am now considering upgrading to a brand new 2017 touring. I am not set on the upgrade as I think the body on the 2015 is way nicer but no shot I'm getting some turbo inline 4 10th Gen.

Has anyone else realized a similar noise in their 2015 v6? I'm about to start shopping around for a 2017 just because I want my car to last a really long time. I do have an extended drivetrain warranty to 100k miles but part of me worries something will happen after.

Any advice appreciated!

Take it to your local dealer and document the complaint while its still in factory warranty.

Thanks for the responses guys - hoping to hear someone who's noticed the same thing. Also I will definitely get it documented!

Weirdest part is it doesn't always make the noise and it goes away when the car is warmed up!
