i am attempting to perform the "big 3" wiring upgrade on my 13 Accord sedan EX/L but am having difficulty finding the original wires. The negative Battery to chasis was simple enough but I can't find the alternator to positive battery. I am guessing The coil of cables underneath my hand in the attached picture which goes over and then under the engine contains the connection from the positive battery to the alternator but I can't be sure because I lose sight of it once it goes under the engine.

1. If that is indeed it couldn't I simply run a second piece of 0 guage cable from a different bolt on the alternator to the positive battery terminal in a easier path?

2. I'm assuming that copper cable connected to the alternator is a ground wire. If so, where does it end? Would there be anything gained from running a second piece of zero guage wire to wherever it connects?

3. I can't find the engine to chasis ground at all. Can someone please tell me what part of the engine compartment to look in?

Also, the alternator is grounded on the engine block. There is no alternator ground cable.
