Im an agressive driver and I have Falken Ziex's with about 4,000 miles on them so far and they work great. I have no idea what your talking about. What are you doing burnouts all the time or something?

i did have 235/40-18 kumho ecsta supras, but i traded the wheels for other wheels with 225/45-17 goodyear eagle rsa's and an eibach strut tower bar. good enough deal, imo.

good yr assurance triple treds, tread life rated at 80k
they are alright, not as good as they are rated though.
the Kumho ECSTA HP4 716 have decent ratings

Re: (Hans5849)
ive got the ziex-512 on mine and they handle great dry and wet
Ive had them on for about 3000 miles now and havent complained yet
this tire is worth the money
kumhos wear out to quickly ive seen people go through a couple sets before I changed tires once

Whoa haha 5th Gen Accord with Azenis. I wonder how they handle. I drive a lot on the freeways and those would BURN as i drive on the freeway. Ziex work pretty nice. Me and my friends put Ziexes 225/60/15 on my friends 5th gen accord, made the ride much more smoother and stickier

they are very grippy dry traction tire, however they are pretty bad when you have real weather(heavy rain, don't even start talking about ice and snow).
they wear pretty fast but for the price they are great tires.
you can't go wrong with it if you are okay with the wear.
OH, almost forgot to mention they are pretty noise(roadnoise, read: 40mph+) after they are wore.

yes, i am sure you are an aggressive driver but you can never really get a good
"run" on the street.
i drove my accord with 711 on my last HPDE, that thing just overheated, the tires starting to decompose into rubber chuck and little rubber "worm"(around the edge).
after that they just quit gripping and sent my **** straight to the grass
yeah, worst mistake

I can understand this, but this car is a daily driver. Stock suspension, has never seen track, I don't race people what so ever; I just like to have some grip in the corners for fun once in a while.
I'm not too worried about them overheating.

I've had them on for a little over 10,000 miles. They're "high performance all-season" tires, and that's exactly how they act. They're quiet, and provide excellent dry traction and wet traction, and I would have to say they resist hydroplaning better than any other tire I've driven on.
Treadwear is great. 10,000 miles of semi-hard daily driving and very little tread wear. They should easily last to at least 60,000 miles for me.</TD></TR></TABLE>
I've just got two of those put on yesterday! exact same tire and size...It seem to be driving pretty good so far.
I am looking forward to some good tread life with them.

Re: What tires does everyone have on their Accords? (kniob)
I was in your same situation recently. I was looking for a more performance rated tire too. I ended up getting the Yokohama AS430 at NTB. They had a sale, buy 3 get 1 free. Ended up costing me $390 total which included everything including the road hazard. So far, I've got about 1k miles on them, from aggressive street driving, highway driving (went to NC), and rain. All, in all, they are very good. I got the 205/60/15 becasue I wanted a larger footprint over the stock 195/65/15. They are quite, grip very well for an all season tire, in both rain & dry. Hell, yesterday I was doing like 80, usual speed, on the highway in the rain, and it felt like I had room to go even higher, no hydroplaining or anything. I could have never done that with the stock Miches.
