One has to join group and wait before we can hear the video. If you are concerned and it's under warranty, take it back, it's possible the valves need to be adjusted. Was the engine re-gasketed and such before being installed, or simply a JDM engine received and installed?
I did my own JDM replacement and the advice I would offer is to realize that although it has low mileage, a lot time has still passed on these engines, and the gaskets could be brittle, so I would go around replacing them if this wasn't done at replacement: axle seals, timing belt, valve cover, oil pan, rear main seal, VTEC gasket at the very least. I found all of these to be so-so on mine and had them replaced with new ones. Other than that, generally these are a great replacement to do.
