Looks like HTML code. Just kidding.

Looks like Code 41 (Four long, one short) - Primary oxygen sensor heater

Well than it might be a 41, but that's what it looked like to me too.
Double check it and see if you get the same flash pattern.

It's possible you could be running rich/lean causing your 02 sensor to read wacky. It could also be giving that code if you have messed with your exhaust aka running with no cat

this is how i wired it in
D14 - ORG/BLU at O2 plug (engine harness side) - WHT (4 wire O2 plug)
D22 - GRN/WHT at O2 plug (engine harness side) - GRN (4 wire O2 plug)
A6 - YEL/BLK at O2 plug (engine harness side) - BLK (4 wire O2 plug) There are 2 BLK wires and either one can make either connection. The second BLK wire is connected to B1

Definitely a code 41.

There are both OBD-1 and OBD-2 versions of the P0B ECU. What is the exact part number printed on your ECU? The last three numbers are important. 37820-P0B-xxx??

Also, what sort of oxygen sensor did you buy? Part number?

Sensor GRN -> GRN/BLU -> D22 ECU (SG2)
Sensor WHT -> WHT/RED -> D14 ECU (O2S)
Sensor BLK -> ORG/BLK -> A11 ECU (HO2S HTC)
Sensor BLK -> YEL/BLK -> (Junction Box) A25 ECU

I'm pretty sure that pin out is for an OBD1 P06/P28 Civic/Integra. It states under A11, that it is EGR for the Civic SOHC and H22/H23.

Here is the Honda shop manual for the OBD1 94-95 Accord ECU diagram. It could be wrong but I haven't had any code problems with any of my wiring as of yet.

If you get a chipped ECU it will be more of a pain than fixing this problem. It is not the P0B ECU that is any more fussy than the other ECUs. It requires certain signals to be sent to the ECU from sensors on the engine. If those signals or voltages are out of spec. The ECU will throw a Diagnostic trouble Code (DTC/CEL/MIL) this is the same for every ECU not just the P0B.

AFAIK there is no allowance for a SHO2S on the OBD1 P0A/P0B ECUs. they only use 1 O2 sensor. The OBD2 ECUs have both the PHO2S & SHO2S.

Did you want the diagram for teh OBD2 ECU? I have them as well.

The one labeled ESOL on the image above is your EGR solenoid. Located on the right side of the engine compartment.
RED -> A6
YEL/BLK -> 12v power source 7.5amp

EGR valve lift sensor, located on the intake manifold.
YEL/BLU -> D20 (Power)
GRN/WHT (GRN/BLU) -> D22 (Ground)
WHT/BLK -> D12 EGRL
