Is the Check Engine Light on? Might want to go to Advance Auto or Autozone and have them check for codes first.

I had a check engine light with a bunch of misfire codes and an EGR code so I changed all the plugs and cleaned the EGR then cleared all the codes and drove it for 2 days no new codes but still have the same problem especially when it’s cold

Re: Troubleshooting: 2002 accord V6 hesitation between 1000rpms & 2000rpms
so still the same thing happens
I took it to Honda to get the timing belt changed they did there scan and found nothing wrong and it drove good for them, because it was warmed up I guess.
when I got home I scanned the car and found a abs code 31-02 right inlet valve malfunction and retard throttle can this be my culprit
any help

Update
so after all of the before and now a new timing belt kit and new o2 sensors and the intake air sensor, I thought it was good to go. drove good for one day then I drove 15 miles to the store came out started ok then I pulled out in the parking lot engine warm and the rpm went to under 500 and the speed dropped as if I had lost power
im absolutely lost please help if you can

This is very hard to diagnose without being there in person, and problems that come and go like what you are describing, doubly so. Do your dash lights flicker when it starts doing its issue? It almost sounds like wiring is grounding out somewhere.
You say this happened when the engine was warmed up, does it do it with the engine cold? We need as much information as possible, otherwise there's no way to even hazard a guess at a diagnosis.
Does it do it when you are giving it a certain amount of throttle? Can you MAKE it do it, or does it just do it on its own? If you can replicate the issue, and do it on demand, that will give you the direction to start looking in, and is the first step in diagnosing an intermittent problem.
