Default Trouble code jumping

I have a 94 accord with an h22a. I need to know how to jump my trouble codes, ive done a search and was unable to find how to physically jump the code

If you look under your dash on the passenger side there will be a little light blue plug that you need to put paperclip ends on both sides and that will put the ecu into a closed loop and allow to then turn the key to the on postion and read the codes. Remember long blink is 10 short is 1.
