Code 14 IAC (EACV) - idle air control valve

14- FAS wire, PGM-FI unit.
Check the D16 terminal. But also remove the TCU and open it up, use the H4A link in my sig to help pinpoint and determine that it is not the caps or resistors inside the TCU that have gone bad.
