Took my steering wheel off and now have a quick release, need help with the horn.

Took my steering wheel off and now have a quick release, need help with the horn.
Was wondering if anyone had a quick walk through on how to hook up the horn with a quick release hub and stearing wheel. I have a 97 accord and a momo steering wheel.
