Default subwoofer system problem

the amp is on and the sub is hitting but not as loud as it should be. I checked all the wires, power wire to the battery, ground wire, remote wire on the deck to amp, and rca wires, all the wires on the amp is in place. The battery fuse is not blown. I check the volume adjustment on the deck, and amp volume adjust. With all the setting its set at, the sub should be hitting hard, but instead I'm getting a little sound out of it. I had this system for a while now, and this problem just occurred recently, my sub stop bumping out of no where. Is there something else that i haven't checked that could cause this problem. PLEASE HELP thank you.

check on the woofer itself. pull it outta of the box. i had MTX in the past. what happened to me was the wires that go's into the subwoofer cone its self had come off and starting crossing.
