Default steering system

ok guys i just finished swaping the automatic tranny and i run into a few problems.
1. when i turn the steering wheel on both sides>>> my steering wheel kind of gets stuck while i turn it. i mean its light and all but it gets tuck little by little.
and when i take a turn i kind of hear this noise coming from the wheels.
do u guys know what it is?????
its a 90 honda accord ex automatic tranny.

Check the rack.....how are your axles?

axles are good. changed them one year ago. what is the rack?(i am not good with names so bare with me)
