Re: steering knuckle
Personally I find them fairly easy to replace. Really depends on whether or not you have the right tools for the job and on your own level of mechanical know-how.
If you can't find one in a junk yard you will have to see if they can do a parts search for you. Some times the can bring one in from somewhere else. Or you could buy one from an online parts retailer such as Honda Parts Deals.com

Re: steering knuckle
If your new knuckle comes with a hub and bearing then you won't have to remove it. If it doesn't then you will have to remove the one from your current knuckle and put it in your new one or buy a new hub and bearing assembly.

Re: steering knuckle
Just rebuilt my front end and would only want to do it once. If you are going to change the knuckle you will be separating the upper ball joint and tie rod ends also. Just my opinion, but for roughly $100-$150.00 more you could replace the upper arm and ball joint (comes as one), tie rod end and install a brand new Timken bearing.
