Speedometer problem?

SPEEDOMETER PROBLEM!!
yes my speedometer is broken i have a 1990 Honda Accord EX AUTO TRANS.
I was wondering, what the most expensive problem would be for a speedometer and how much it would cost???
Any help is appreciated

i could be..
VSS(sensor)
Cable(wire)(could be just loose from vibrate, happen to me once)
Cluster(display)(could be just bad ground)
cluster being the most expensive
