use a higher octane of gas and it won't knock so bad. Try 89 or 91. Give your car a general tuneup with plugs/ new plugs wires and a bottle of fuel-injector cleaner. Should make it alot better.

i changed oil 2 times with flush and thicker oil ... that didnt help at all, i dont think i can make it to a gas station. at idel it shakes bad, almost like a v8 with cam(s). i really think its beyond repair(without taking it out)

Check ignition timing. R
Retard 4' degrees will help.
Move distributor back 1/2" towards fire wall..need 12mmsocket to loosten 3 distributor secure bolts..

use 91 or higher octane..
