Default Relay switch issues
I have a 1998 Honda Accord and just today my tail lights quit, my shifter wouldn't move, my horn wouldn't work so I need some answers from an expert. The rear lights are working now. Please help!

I'd check the #47 20amp fuse in the under hood fuse box.

Most of the things that you are having issues with all run through this fuse.
