Tail Lights, Dash lights and parking lights not working.
I have no clue what to do. It happened after messing with the wiring on my radio wiring harness and cig lighter wires.

What year Accord are we talking here?
I would start with checking the 2 fuse boxes for blown fuses. Under the hood and under the drivers side dash are where they are located.
Sounds a lot like it might be fuse No.32 (15A) in the under hood fuse box.

I had the same issue on my '89 Accord back in the day when I had it. It was - in fact - a blown fuse. That would be the first place I'd check.

I have a 93 accord i checked the fuse and it was blown so i replaced it and that didnt work. The guy at auto zone told me i needed a new headlight switch. Does that sound right?

Hi, please check all the fuses, it may be more than just one, I really don't think you need a new headlight switch.

Hmm, I'm not sure of the exact name of the fuses, but check the cluster fuse might also be called gauge fuse or interior fuse. Maybe even Instrument fuse.

Tried the new headlight switch and check every single fuse in the car and none of that worked, any other suggestions? Also the turn signal lights and all that work just not he Speedometer, gas gauge light, rpm gauge light, and A/c control panel light.

I'm not an expert on the '93, but is it possible that the dash light dimmer pot runs through the computer like it does on my '01? If so, you may have blown something in the computer. There is a bypass trick on You Tube (I'm at work and it's blocked, so no link). May help.

Running into this problem with my 94 accord. The original owner spliced the wires to the radio to install an aftermarket. This kept shorting out my car, burning salt of my fuses out. This included not having my taillights work and my dash lights. Im trying to reverse what he did but is that what usually is the cause of this?

Welp hope I can shine some light into this old post , hello fellas I ran into the same problem on my little brother's 1996 Honda accord and came Across what was the answer to my problem.
*No dash lights
* No parking lights.
I was doing research and found out that during the process of getting an After market radio the installer may have touched power to ground and caused a Short, some said it could have been caused by the little orange wire that the aftermarket radios come with aren't meant to be connected in some Vehicles. (Didnt look into why)
Anyways checked all my fuses and they where all good under the dash one by one just to be safe and all good.
Looked under the Hood checked all one by one. Nothing all Good!! (Upset at this Point)
I checked all the bulbs and replaced a few old looking ones still nothing!!!
Changed the power light relay under hood still DIDNT WORK!!!!!!
So I took a break after a long time of going nowhere got on my phone and starring googling and ran into some helpful info.
Turns out my MBCU MODULE was out.
Multiplex control Unit.
This was on a 1996 Honda accord LX
Dash and parking lights out. Problem solved after I changed it.
Went to my local junkyard just like the info I got said, bought one off a decent looking accord for about 12$
Im Sure once you look up the year make and model of your vehicle asking where the MBCU is located it will come up.
But if you have the same yr vehicle 96-00 it should be located under the dash behind the fuse wall.
You will need to unbolt fuse wall (slot that has all the fuses under the dash) and it's gunna be the blue box with one plug.
Hooe this helped!!
