Genericly speaking [I know years not Gens] there will be bolts holding the rear of the lower seat down, you'll have to push in the rear cushion to find them. Then you can push back on the lower part and it will come off the hooks that go into the floor. When the lower cushion is out you'll be able to see the bottom bolts holding the seat back on.

Yeah, that sounds right (it's been ~ 5 years since I took the rear seats out of my '99 Accord while running a CD changer wire from the trunk to the head unit).
In the '99 (6th generation), there was only one bolt holding the rear seat bottom on, it was in the crevice between the seat cushions, kind of by the right set of seatbelts. Once that one bolt was off, you just lifted it up and the hooks on the front came updone.
If you get a Haynes manual, it will tell you all of this, plus pictures.
