Default Problem Car continued

Yesterday my car alarm went off for no reason. After turning it off, I started on my way home. My car(1995 Honda Accord) was bumping up and down. It was not the tires. I also wasnt able to go over 20mph, even when I stepped harder on the gas pedal. Eventually, I was able to go 40mph. I finally got home after driving 10miles under the speed limit. I took my car around the block today to see if it was still acting weird.....it was. Whenever i accelerate, teh gas pedal just feels so weird. It feels kinda of tight. There is obviously something wrong with my acceleration, but idk what. It is not hard to push down on the pedal. It feels as if pressure is building up inside the accelerator as I push down. And the amount I push on the gas, barely changes the speed of the car. .............
And this all would happen while im at the inspection station. Yea...so the only day my car decides to be stupid is that day. so that was great. So I need to get it fixed asap so I can go back through inspection. if any1 has any ideas on what may be wrong with my car then it would be very helpful.

Sounds like it went into limp mode. That means there's something wrong and the computer only lets it run 20mph/3000 rpm-ish so you won't ruin the engine or be stranded.
